Aged at least 3 years in small ex-Bourbon barrels, it shows a light amber color. At the nose the aroma is dominated by the fragrance of cane sugar, opening then to citrus, vanilla and roasting. The taste is strong but gentle, with a particularly long-lasting aromatic strength that confirms the first olfactory impressions of caramel and vanilla, while the final shows a pleasant spicy side.
