The Prosecco Brut "Bosco di Gica" by Adami owes its name to the place where it was born, an ancient forest in Colbertaldo of Vidor where stood the first vineyards of the family Adami; vineyards, purchased in 1920 by his grandfather Abele and his son Adriano. Vineyards an amphitheater, naturally beautiful and full of promise and hope. Solid rural roots and a lot of passion and dedication to a dream that has come true and that this has led to the basement of Valdobbiadene be an institution among these beautiful hills. The "Bosco di Gica" by Adami joins the Glera with a small percentage of Chardonnay which increases the freshness and aroma. Born on clay soil, limestone, at an altitude between 180 and 300 meters above sea level, where the winters are cold and summers are hot, dry summers; vineyards face south, often on hills with steep slopes. The "Bosco di Gica" by Adami is fermented at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts and stop for three months on the lees in stainless steel. It's a nice Prosecco Brut freshness and aromas reminiscent of yellow apple, peach, wisteria and acacia blossom. A young scent, a fruity flavor and a freshness that makes it the perfect companion of the warm summer evenings.
