Trento Spumante Brut Riserva Letrari 2011

The Sparkling Brut Reserve Letrari is a Trento DOC millesimato that is characterized by great elegance and smoothness of its endless bubbles. It's a cuvée composed of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir that is aged for 36 months on lees. Among the beautiful hills of Vallagarina, in the land of the past achievements of the Hapsburg Empire, the wine making tradition has been practiced since Roman times. Landscapes of rare beauty, temperate climate and characterized by temperature variations decided that ensure a grape aroma; here, on soils poor and rocks, borns splendid wines from grapes of excellence. The cellar Letrari, led by Leonello Letrari and his daughter Lucia, is now the point of reference for an important range of wines, all designed to enhance the specificity of the local wine production. The Trento Brut Reserve Letrari present in the glass with a beautiful yellow color and a lively greenish veiled vein; the nose is fragrant, with intense citrus notes, with hay, bread crust, vanilla and hazelnut tones. In the mouth it is full, round, creamy, mellow, fresh, lively and with a structure solid and persistent.
